At CynCorp, we have a logical, repetitive process which starts with analyzing client specifications and concludes with the handover of the completed software to our clients. Our approach is based on RUP methodology and RAD technology which enables our client's projects to be completed in the shortest possible time frames.
This process includes:
Analysis/review of client specifications
Time estimates and schedules are determined so as to set reasonable expectations for our clients. Any parts of the system which are ambiguous are examined and, with client interaction, are resolved.
Implementation
This phase is split into deliverables and milestones which again meet our client's expectations.
Testing
The system is thoroughly tested in our facility as each deliverable is completed. The system is tried out for functionality, load stress, and throughput.
Handover
During this phase, the client's staff takes control of the software. We answer questions and respond to client's concerns about any
new technology which was utilized during the development of the system.
